As part of Epiroc’s Epic Women Diversity and Inclusion Program, we invite final-year engineering students studying Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Mining, or a related discipline to participate in a hands-on Project Engineer Internship. Working alongside experienced engineers and project teams, you will gain practical experience supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of engineering projects across our operations.
This internship will provide you with the opportunity to apply your engineering knowledge to real-world projects, while developing skills in project coordination, engineering analysis, documentation, and problem solving. You will contribute to projects focused on improving operational efficiency, productivity, safety, and quality, while gaining exposure to innovative engineering and automation solutions.
Role Purpose:
Support the engineering team with project related tasks while gaining practical industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist engineers with day-to-day project activities.
Help prepare project documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
Update project schedules and track progress.
Attend project meetings and take notes.
Support data collection and analysis.
Assist with engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Communicate with team members and stakeholders as required.
Follow company safety and quality procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:
Currently studying Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Mining, or similar).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Strong attention to detail.
Learning Prospects:

Understanding of engineering processes and systems.
Development of technical and skilled skills.
