Our client is a growing and successful construction business based in Bulimba and, due to continued growth, is seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join their friendly and supportive team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for a broad range of accounting support duties, including:
End-to-end Accounts Payable processing
Accounts Receivable and collections
Bank and account reconciliations
Processing supplier and customer invoices
Managing payment runs
Resolving account queries
Maintaining accurate financial records
General accounts administration and support

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a similar Accounts Officer role




Solid reconciliation experience and experience using Xero
Construction Industry experience highly regarded
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive and team-focused approach

What's on Offer?
$45 - $48 per hour + super during the temporary period
$80,000 - $85,000 + super upon permanent appointment
