Bar Carolina and Tetto di Carolina, South Yarra institutions, are seeking Senior Bar and Floor Staff.

The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of two years experience within the hospitality industry
Experience with Italian cuisine
A hands-on approach and be guest focused
Demonstrate a passion for providing memorable experiences for our guests
Be willing to go the extra mile to exceed our guest’s expectations
A willingness to further their knowledge base
A friendly and outgoing, can-do attitude
A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
The ability to take direction and also work autonomously
The flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
