About the Role

As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to multi‑channel enquiries, and helping customers find the perfect solution. You’ll handle ready-to-buy leads, follow up on engaged customers, and turn interest into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, offering expert advice on iTechworld products.
Respond promptly to inquiries via email, social media, and internal systems.
Work proactively to meet and exceed KPIs, including revenue targets and call volumes.
Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.




Maintain an accurate customer database and nurture long-term relationships.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Represent iTechworld at trade shows and events, providing live demos and generating leads.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and promotions.
Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and closing deals.
Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven setting.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of the tech or energy storage industry is highly regarded.
Current driver’s licence required.
