About the Role
Were currently seeking passionate, reliable, and empathetic Support Workers to join our team. Youll be working one-on-one with clients in their homes and communitiesassisting with daily living, building life skills, encouraging independence, and creating meaningful connections.
Opportunities are available for immediate start in: Chermside
What Were Looking For
You are someone who is:
Experience supporting individuals with autism (non-verbal experience highly regarded)
Understanding of positive behaviour support
Calm, patient, and reliable approach
Solid communication skills (including use of non-verbal communication strategies)
Committed to upholding the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct
Maybo or CPI Training (highly regarded, but not essential)
Experienced in disability, aged care, or community support (highly regarded, but not essential)
What Youll Need
Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability, Mental Health, Aged Care, or equivalent (or working towards)
Current First Aid and CPR certificate
Valid drivers licence
Your own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete)
Smartphone with reliable internet connection
