Role Description

We are seeking a Casual Personal Care Worker located in the Malabar, NSW area. In this role, you will provide essential daily support to our clients, ensuring they receive compassionate care that maintains their privacy and dignity.

This position offers consistent weekly shifts, with mandatory availability every Wednesday.

Key Responsibilities
Personal Care: Assisting with showering, grooming, and dressing.
Mobility Support: Helping with transfers and protected movement.




Domestic Assistance: Light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
Community Access: Providing transport for errands, shopping, and medical appointments.
Clinical Support: Medication reminders and observing/reporting changes in health.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate shift notes and progress reports.

Qualified: A deep understanding of dignity, respect, and privacy in care.
Flexible: Willing to assist with last-minute shift coverage and support the team when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Cert III or higher in Aged Care, Disability Support, or Community Services.
Certification: Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
Transport: Valid Australian drivers licence and a reliable vehicle.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Personal Care Assistance or home care.
Eligibility: Full rights to work in Australia and a current Police Check.
