The Role

As a Functions Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing event bookings.
Coordinate and manage private functions and events across multiple venues.
Handle client enquiries, bookings, and confirmations.
Work with venue managers and staff to ensure flawless event execution.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients and suppliers.
Ensure all functions align with company standards and policies.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:




Minimum 1 year of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a similar role.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
Availability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
