Pump Technician – Electrician Upskilling Opportunity

$48–$55 PH + Vehicle + Call-Out Roster + Double Time OT

Are you an experienced electrician looking to upskill into pump systems and develop a specialist skillset?

We are looking for an electrician to join a growing team working across predominantly Metro Sydney, with occasional travel to surrounding areas including Wollongong.
This is a great chance for an electrician who wants to move beyond traditional electrical work and build a career in commercial and industrial pump systems, controls and essential infrastructure.

The Role:
You will work alongside experienced technicians while developing your skills across the installation, maintenance, fault finding and commissioning of commercial and industrial pump systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
Install, maintain and repair commercial and industrial pump systems, control panels and associated equipment
Carry out electrical testing, fault finding and commissioning of pump and control systems
Diagnose system faults and provide productive, practical solutions in office
Work across a variety of commercial environments, including essential infrastructure
Assist with preventative maintenance and breakdown response
Participate in a call-out roster,



with additional work and overtime available

What We're Looking For
NSW Electrical Licence
Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
Commercial or industrial electrical experience preferred
A genuine interest in learning pump systems and developing into a Pump Technician
Practical, hands-on approach to problem solving
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Full Australian driver's licence

Pump experience is not essential — we are particularly interested in electricians who have the right attitude and are keen to learn and develop a specialist skillset.
What's On Offer
$48–$55 per hour, depending on experience
Company vehicle
Paid overtime at double time (2x)
Call-out roster and additional earning opportunities
