About the Role

Willow and Hayes Care is seeking experienced, compassionate Personal Care Workers to provide ongoing in-home support to older clients across Sydney.

Shifts range from 28 hours, with regular, ongoing work available. We are looking for care staff who can commit to at least 3 days per week.

Youll be carefully matched with clients and support them to remain safely, comfortably, and confidently at home.

Your Responsibilities Include:
Personal care support
Companionship and social support
Transport to appointments
Light meal preparation
Domestic assistance

Youll work in clients homes and local communities, building genuine, respectful relationships.

What Were Looking For:
A warm, caring nature and strong communication skills
Genuine passion for supporting older people at home
Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work independently
Dementia experience or training (highly regarded)
Respect for privacy, confidentiality, and dignity

Requirements:
Certificate III in Aged Care / Home & Community Care (preferred or equivalent experience)
Unrestricted Australian or NSW drivers licence
Access to a clean, reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
Permanent working rights in Australia
Comfortable using apps and electronic documentation
