Your Role
Generate and win new business
Manage and grow existing client accounts
Build relationships with key decision-makers
Identify client workforce needs and provide recruitment solutions
Manage the full sales and account management cycle
Work closely with recruitment teams to deliver quality candidates

What We're Looking For
2+ years' experience in recruitment, sales, account management,



or labour hire
Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills
Target-driven and commercially minded
Excellent relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Own laptop and mobile phone
