Drive Enterprise Data Governance Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Governance Analyst to support the implementation of a Data Governance Framework across a large and complex organisation.

Working across business and technology teams, you will lead stakeholder engagement, facilitate governance working groups, and help embed governance roles, processes, and decision-making practices into day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Implement data governance processes and operating models across business areas.
Facilitate workshops and working groups to establish data ownership and stewardship.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to embed governance practices.
Identify risks, dependencies, and barriers to adoption and drive solutions.
Monitor progress and support the transition of governance activities into business-as-usual operations.
Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders to achieve governance outcomes.

Skills & Experience




Experience delivering data and digital transformation initiatives in government, regulated, or complex enterprise settings. (Essential)
Demonstrated experience implementing data governance frameworks and operating models.
Strong understanding of data ownership, stewardship, metadata, data quality, and governance processes.
Proven workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience driving organisational change and embedding new ways of working.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills is key .
