Production Assembler | Full-Time Opportunity | Automotive Manufacturing

Our client is seeking a reliable and motivated Production Assembler to join their busy automotive manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual with good mechanical aptitude and confidence using power tools. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Location: Wetherill Park, NSW

Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities
Spray glue onto automotive frames
Assemble automotive frames and components
Assemble automotive seats
Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
Follow production and quality requirements
Ensure products are assembled accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work as part of a team to meet production targets

About You – To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in production, assembly or manufacturing is desirable




Good mechanical aptitude
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and learn current processes
Reliable and punctual work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Current Forklift Licence
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

Desirable Experience
Automotive manufacturing or assembly experience
Experience assembling automotive seats or frames
Previous experience working in a production setting
Mechanical or trade background

Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone who is hands-on, reliable and keen to develop their skills within the automotive manufacturing industry.
