With our sales team continuing to grow, we are seeking a Sales Administrator who brings a positive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service in a fun, fast-paced setting.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily reception operations, creating a welcoming and skilled first impression




Maintain office presentation, ensuring a consistently spotless and polished workspace
Organise property marketing collateral, including signboards, brochures, and social media assets
Coordinate auction events, inc PowerPoint presentations, registrations, OOS booklets, setup/pack down
Manage office and agent printing (letters, profile booklets, marketing material)
Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
Provide administrative support to the Directors
Consistently demonstrate Ray White Wilston’s commitment to service excellence and core values
