WorkPac is currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers and Civil Plant Operators for ongoing work with a reputable civil construction contractor. If you have experience in civil earthworks, subdivision, road construction or infrastructure projects and are committed to working safely, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be working across a variety of civil construction projects, undertaking general labouring duties and operating plant where appropriately ticketed. Depending on your experience, your duties may include:

General civil labouring and site preparation

Excavation and trenching works

Operating Excavators, Front End Loaders and other civil plant

Assisting with pipe laying and drainage installation

Working around underground services

Site clean-up and manual handling

Following protected work procedures and site instructions

What You Will Need

Previous experience in civil construction

Current White Card

Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen

Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

Highly Regarded:

Excavator Ticket and operating experience

Front End Loader Ticket and operating experience

Roller,



Skid Steer, Backhoe or other civil plant tickets

HR or HC Licence

Civil infrastructure or subdivision experience
