What You’ll Be Doing
Every day will be a mix of customer care, teamwork, and keeping the store looking incredible:
Helping customers with product advice & friendly service
Assisting with general retail sales and product recommendations
Working closely with an amazing team that supports each other
Keeping the store bright, clean, and welcoming
Maintaining records and ensuring workflow accuracy
Delivering professional and respectful customer service
Supporting the team with professional services and daily operations
What We’re Looking For

Retail and Customer Service Experience Essential
Pharmacy Experience Essential
Dispensary Technician experience advantageous
Experience using retail point of sale software
Experience with professional and dispensary services advantageous
Confident, friendly, and great with people

Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
