Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Groundsman to oversee the presentation, upkeep, and maintenance of three residential properties. This role is essential in ensuring all outdoor areas and shared facilities are maintained to a high standard, contributing to a safe, clean, and visually appealing environment for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the outdoor presentation of all facilities, including BBQ areas and pool surrounds
Perform daily cleaning and upkeep tasks to ensure all properties remain tidy, safe, and well presented
Carry out general repairs and routine maintenance across all sites
Proactively identify and manage risks associated with grounds and facilities maintenance
Manage waste facilities, including keeping bin rooms clean and organised, and coordinating bin placement for collection
Monitor and report any maintenance issues requiring specialist contractors

Skills & Experience
Previous experience in groundskeeping,



property maintenance, or a similar role
Solid practical skills with the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks
Valuable understanding of workplace health and safety practices
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple sites
Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented

Job Type: Casual

Pay: From $33.85 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
