About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join our factory team as a Process Worker. This is a practical role in our blinds, awnings, shutters and security screen manufacturing facility. You’ll be helping to make and assemble products, pack orders, and keep things moving so we can get high-quality product out the door and to our customers on time.

You don’t need to be an expert — we’ll show you the ropes — but you do need to be willing to learn, work hard, and be part of a team that takes pride in what we do.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Cutting and assembling materials (with machinery and tools)
Helping on the production line
Packing and preparing orders
Keeping your area clean and protected
Following instructions and working to a schedule
Pitching in where needed

About You:




You’re reliable and show up ready to work
You’re positive with your hands and not afraid of tools
You’ve got a valuable attitude and are happy to be part of a team
You take safety seriously and pay attention to detail
Experience in a similar role is great, but not essential
