Your Responsibilities
Managing Social Media, creating content and managing posts
Support the Club Manager in daily operations and sales performance
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service
Assist with staff scheduling, coaching, and goal achievement
Engage members and build local community connections
Execute local marketing and social media initiatives
Maintain a clean, secure, and high-energy club environmentStep up to lead when the Club Manager is away
What We’re Looking For
Experience in customer service, sales, or leadership (fitness industry preferred)
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Organised, adaptable, and proactive
Passionate about health, fitness, and personal growth
Requirements
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Availability for rotating shifts, including some evenings and weekends
