Day to day:
Run the embroidery machine and DTF printer
Cut and press logos onto garments
Sort and organise incoming stock
Work with the Ops Manager to hit deadlines
You:
Reliable, punctual, valuable with your hands
Previous trade/printing/embroidery experience preferred, not essential — full training provided
Can stand, lift and handle stock all shift
On offer:
$60K–$65K + super
Full training, real path to Production Manager
Small team, Ringwood location
