Experienced express adhoc courier Fleet Controller to allocate runs, quote and book jobs using FMS/TPLUS/Carry (or similar). Keep service levels solid across metro Melbourne.

Swift Transport Services Dandenong South have a courier Fleet Controller position available for an experienced and motivated qualified.

The role:
Despatching to a channel of drivers (courier – 2 tonne channel)
Managing drivers
Taking phone bookings / quotes / queries
Monitoring driver pays and KPIs
Adhering to safety regulations

The ideal candidate:
Experienced despatcher (must have genuine experience despatching high volumes of urgent same day adhoc deliveries)
Skilled and focused on the best ways within their role to provide excellent customer service
Dedicated, reliable and able to work under pressure
Some experience despatching on taxi truck channels preferred but not essential

Excellent salary on offer which is negotiable depending on experience level. 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Weekly Pay. Dandenong South location.
