We are currently representing a National Tier2/3 commercial builder in Sydney, they're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Contract Administrator to join their hard-working team on projects between typically $10M - $100M. Sites in Sydney met area.

This role reports to the SPM and Construction Manager, working closely together to achieve the business's strategic goals and objectives and contributing to
the success of future projects.

As a key member of the team, you'll find yourself immersed in a supportive and collaborative work environment, with a PM and site teams necessary for the projects. Our client prides itself on their reputation for quality delivery, they have built a reputation as a reliable Head Contractor in the $10M - $100M space, typically across Education and government sectors.

Key responsibilities
Negotiating with subcontractors
Processing invoices & chasing payment
Subcontract variations
Tender review drawings




Letting packages
Putting together Scope of Works

Skills & Experience
A relevant construction degree or trade background
At least 3 - years’ experience working as a Contract Administrator
Competent user of Jobpac and all other Microsoft packages
Good attitude, eagerness to learn and initiative
