We help businesses across Australia, Recent Zealand, the US, Canada and the UK build offshore teams — engineers, accountants, finance and support staff. Our clients come to us because they can't hire rapid enough locally, and they stay because the people we place are good.

Demand is strong and growing. We need someone to convert it.

The role

This is a closing role. Not business development, not account management, not prospecting.

Our ads generate the leads. Cycles are short. Most clients don't stop at one hire they start with a few and come back for more, and you earn commission on all of it.

What you'll do
Work warm leads and book calls with business owners and senior decision makers
Qualify the hiring need, volume, timing and budget inside the conversation
Present our screening and placement model and ask for the commitment
Secure upfront screening fees and confirm the first tranche of hires
Follow up anyone who doesn't close first time
Flag larger multi-seat accounts for commercial structuring
Keep your CRM accurate — every call, every outcome, every next step
Hand closed clients to delivery with a clean, complete brief

Who you are





You've closed before, at volume, on short cycles. You've probably done it in recruitment, insurance, mortgage, or real estate but the industry matters less than the instinct. You ask for the money on the first call, and you stop talking once you hear yes.

You'll also need to:
Show a track record of hitting or beating revenue targets
Hold your energy and quality across a full day of back-to-back calls, not just the first three
Work independently and own your own numbers without being chased
Be commercially credible talking to business owners
Work across [AU/NZ business hours] from wherever you're based, with reliable internet and a quiet space to take calls

Not for you if

You need a long ramp, a lot of hand-holding, or six months to warm up. This is a fast, measured, high-volume seat and the scoreboard is public.

Pay: $76,019.50 – $237,612.49 per year
