We are looking for an experienced and energetic full-time waiter to join our friendly front-of-house team. This is a great opportunity for a hospitality qualified who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant, enjoys working with people and knows how to deliver warm, attentive service.

About the Role

As part of our front-of-house team, you will:
Understands espresso extraction.
Can dial in a grinder.
Understands dose, yield and extraction time.
Can identify under-extracted and over-extracted coffee.
Can consistently produce quality espresso.
Understands café recipes and follows them accurately.
Friendly and welcoming.
Confident communicating with customers.
Understands the importance of accuracy.
Handles complaints professionally.
Maintains a positive attitude during busy periods.

About You

We are looking for someone who:




Has solid experience working as a barista in a busy restaurant
Is confident managing their own section
Has excellent communication and customer-service skills
Is reliable, well presented and highly organised
Brings energy, personality and a positive attitude to every shift
Works well under pressure and enjoys being part of a team
Is available to work a full time roster, including evenings and weekends
Holds a current NSW RSA certificate
