Puregreen Lawn & Property Maintenance is looking for an experienced, reliable and passionate subcontractor to service residential and commercial properties across the Northern Rivers region, including aged care and NDIS clients. We're a chemical-free, eco-first business, so you'll be working with an operator that takes property presentation and environmental responsibility seriously.

What you'll be doing
Mowing (push, ride-on), edging and whipper snipping
Garden maintenance — pruning, hedging, shaping, weeding and general clean-ups
Mulching, minor planting and small landscaping jobs
Pressure cleaning of driveways, paths, patios and house exteriors, plus window and gutter cleaning
Green waste collection and disposal, and storm/debris clean-ups as needed
Preparing properties for real estate sales, rentals and inspections
Tree pruning
Operating, cleaning and maintaining equipment; loading and transporting gear between sites
Supervising and coordinating junior labourers on site





What we're looking for
Current ABN and public liability insurance (essential)
Current National Police Check (or willing to get one)
Proven experience across mowing, gardening and property maintenance
Own reliable vehicle/trailer and core tools
Current driver's licence
Reliable, well-presented, and comfortable working respectfully around elderly and disability clients, sometimes in occupied homes
Outstanding attitude and team player are a must
Willing to complete a pre-start checklist and provide before/after photos on every job

What we expect
Work performed to a skilled, industry-standard finish; compliance with WHS, environmental and council requirements; a clean and secure worksite.

Pay: $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
