About the Role

As our Retail Manager, you’ll lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence.

You will:
Motivate, train, and develop your team to achieve business goals.
Drive customer loyalty and ensure a welcoming in-store experience.
Manage stock, merchandising, rosters, and compliance standards.
Run daily shop floor operations and support the dispensary team.
Foster a positive and high-performing team culture.

About You

You’re an energetic and results-focused leader who thrives in a customer-centric environment.

You’ll bring:




Proven retail or team management experience (pharmacy or health retail ideal).
Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and payroll.
Thrives working in a rapid paced environment and works as a team player.
Current or willing-to-obtain police clearance.

Bonus if you have an S2/S3 Certificate or pharmacy experience.
