About the role

ST. ALi is looking for a passionate Chef/Cook/CDP to join the flagship venue located in South Melbourne. This is a high-volume establishment where you will take ownership of the role and support a high performing team.

Key responsibilities
Operate within a 7-day roster and maintain momentum within a seasonal venue
Create new dishes
Support the high performing team
Manage food costing and menu planning

About you
Solid experience in similar high volume establishments
Hold relevant qualifications
Developed management skills
High personal standards
Great communication skills
Business acumen
Full Australian work rights
Ideally have had some exposure to food costing and menu planning
Needs to be available weekends

Remuneration
Pay will be Full Time Hourly according to the Restaurant Industry Award
Level 4 - Cook Grade 3 ($29.45 p.h)
Includes Saturday ($36.81 p.h), Sunday ($44.18 p.h), Public Holiday ($66.26 p.h) and Overtime rates
Accrues Annual Leave and Personal Leave
