Role Summary

As a Cleaning Team Member, you’ll work as part of a skilled cleaning crew, completing a variety of cleaning tasks across homes, offices, and strata properties. Whether you're working regular shifts or picking up casual hours, we’re looking for people who take pride in their work, are reliable, and enjoy being part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of cleaning duties including:
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, surface cleaning
Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
Rubbish removal and sanitisation tasks
Assist with specialised cleans such as deep cleans, end-of-lease, and commercial office cleaning
Use cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently
Follow job instructions from your Team Leader and adhere to Medford’s quality standards
Maintain a qualified attitude in office and respect client properties
Report any issues or delays to your Team Leader promptly
Use of internal software to track job progress and completion of work

Job Type: Subcontract

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Work Location: In person
