Ganesha Traders Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Cook to join our busy pizza shop located in Healesville. The role requires a skilled individual capable of preparing high‑quality pizzas and other menu items while maintaining consistent food standards and kitchen hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook pizzas, pastas, salads, and other menu items
Prepare fresh ingredients including dough, sauces, and toppings
Operate commercial pizza ovens and kitchen equipment
Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Assist with stock rotation, inventory, and daily preparation
Maintain a clean, organised, and protected kitchen workplace
Work efficiently during peak service periods

Skills & Experience Required:




Minimum 1 year experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen
Experience in pizza or Italian cuisine highly regarded
Ability to work in a rapid‑paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to undertake manual kitchen tasks
Solid teamwork and communication skills

Qualifications (mandatory):
Certificate III / Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
Diploma of Hospitality Management
