About the Role

Gilani Engineering is seeking a reliable and responsible Delivery Driver / Warehouse Assistant to support daily logistics, warehouse coordination, and delivery operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods safely, assisting with warehouse organization, dispatch coordination, inventory handling, and forklift operations when required.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver goods to customers and project sites in a timely and professional manner
Load and unload materials using a forklift when required
Assist with warehousing operations including receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching inventory
Coordinate and organize delivery schedules and booking requirements
Prepare and manage dispatch documentation and delivery records accurately
Ensure goods are properly organized and ready for dispatch
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency within the warehouse
Support stock control and inventory management activities




Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and company standards

Requirements
Valid Driver’s License
Valid Forklift License (Required)
Previous experience in delivery driving, warehousing, or logistics operations
Positive understanding of safe loading, unloading, and material handling procedures
Ability to organize warehouse operations, dispatching, and delivery coordination
Reliable, punctual, organized, and safety-conscious
Physically capable of lifting and moving materials as required

Preferred Skills / Experience
Experience within engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse environments
Familiarity with local delivery routes and logistics coordination
Strong organizational and time management skills
