Brooklyn Donuts and Coffee are looking for a team of passionate coffee Baristas for the brand recent location at Macarthur square.

The Barista is responsible for delivering exceptional specialty coffee and beverage service in accordance with Brooklyn Donuts’ coffee program.

This includes espresso preparation, cold brew and frappe production, equipment care, and contributing to overall store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality espresso, cold beverages, frappes and specialty
coffee beverages
Maintain consistency, efficiency, and accuracy in coffee preparation during all service periods.
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of coffee equipment and workstations.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and effective front of house operations.
Replenish product displays and ensure correct merchandising.
Complete any checklist in line with company SOP’s
Support customer service by assisting with orders, donut service, and general FOH duties as required.
Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks, including equipment, and utensils.
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a skilled manner.




Monitor coffee quality and provide feedback to uphold brand standards.
Adhere to hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety protocols.
Contribute to training of junior team members when required.

The rate is based on the fast-food award ordinary hours for an adult and will change based on age, with additional overtime and penalties in line with the award.

Pay: From $34.76 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 38.0 per week
