Squeegee Boys is an up-and-coming window cleaning business servicing homes across Melbourne. We’re growing quickly and are looking for motivated, confident people who want to grow with us.

The Role

We’re looking for a confident and energetic Commission Sales Representative to generate new customers for our residential window cleaning services.

The role is mainly face-to-face sales and door knocking in selected Melbourne suburbs. You’ll speak with homeowners, introduce Squeegee Boys, explain our services and secure bookings for our cleaning team.

This is a commission-based role, so your earning potential comes down to your performance. If you’re confident speaking to people and know how to sell, there is solid earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing
Door knocking and speaking directly with homeowners
Generating current window cleaning bookings
Explaining our services and pricing
Building rapport quickly with potential customers
Working in targeted suburbs and areas




Representing Squeegee Boys professionally
Helping us continue growing our customer base

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll suit this role if you are:
Confident and outgoing
Comfortable approaching and speaking with strangers
Motivated by commission and earning potential
Competitive and goal-driven
Reliable and skilled
Willing to learn and improve
Able to work independently

Previous sales, fundraising, door-to-door or customer service experience is highly regarded, but it isn’t essential if you have the right attitude.
