AAA Panel and Mechanical Repairs is a leading Melbourne automotive repair shop known for our commitment to quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and a positive work setting. We're currently seeking a skilled and motivated receptionist to join our growing team.

First impressions count! We are recruiting a professional, proactive Receptionist with availability to work full time from Monday to Friday.

As the first point of contact, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both over the phone and in person.

Key responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all visitors to create an exceptional first impression.
Respond to and direct all incoming phone calls and enquiries.
Be able to maintain records, order parts and organise returns effectively (Training will be provided).
Maintain an accurate customer database.
Keep the reception, lounge, and other areas presentable (as needed).
Communicate clearly with customers, suppliers,



and couriers.
Provide general support to the administration and management teams.
Perform other ad-hoc duties to uphold the highest standards of presentation.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
Proven experience as a receptionist in a qualified automotive business.
Have a fair knowledge of car spare parts.
Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Project a skilled image at all times through personal appearance/interpersonal skills.
Must be a motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $49,900.00 – $75,000.00 per year
