Due to strong demand and ongoing growth, we are looking for an experienced Front End Loader Operator to join our busy West Melbourne team.

About the Role

As a Front End Loader Operator, you will play a key role in keeping our yard running efficiently and safely. Your duties will include:
Operating a front end loader efficiently and safely
Loading customer and company trucks accurately
Taking care of machinery and equipment
Ensuring compliance with all safety and company procedures
Assisting with general yard duties when required (heavy lifting involved)
Maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic





Skills & Experience

The successful applicant will:
Hold a current Loader Licence
Have proven experience operating front end loaders
Take pride in looking after machinery
Be physically fit and reliable
Be safety focused with a strong awareness of procedures
Be able to work independently and as part of a team

Hours of Work
Monday to Friday: 6:30am – 3:30pm
Occasional Saturdays: 7:00am – 12:00pm (at one of our other yards)

Job Types: Full time, Casual

Pay: $33.05 – $33.06 per hour
