About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to work on the waterfront, and is interested in building a long-term career in the marine industry.

You will receive on-the-job training and mentoring from experienced tradespeople, with the opportunity to develop a broad range of marine-specific skills across all aspects of commercial marina systems, maintenance, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
Marina maintenance and refurbishment
Working in harbour and marina environments
Building/carpentry
Assisting with all aspects of commercial marina maintenance

Essential Requirements
Current driver’s licence




Own reliable transport
WHS White Card / Construction Induction Card
Physically fit and capable of manual labour
Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
Punctual with a strong work ethic
Valuable communication skills and a positive attitude

Highly Regarded (but not essential)
Construction experience
Boat licence
First Aid certification
Building/construction industry tickets
