About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and multilingual (fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English) Graduate of Architecture to join our team in Sydney. This dynamic role offers a split between architectural work and project management responsibilities, providing a rare opportunity to gain holistic experience across the lifecycle of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture, Design & Documentation (70%)
Assist with the design and documentation of residential projects
Support senior architects with drafting, 3D modelling, and presentation materials
Conduct site analysis and assist in preparing DA/CC documentation

Project Management (30%)
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients across multiple projects
Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables




Attend site meetings and document progress reports
Assist with contract administration and quality assurance

Requirements:
Recently graduated with a Bachelor or Master of Architecture
Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite)
Fluent in Mandarin and English – both spoken and written
Knowledge of Cantonese beneficial, but not essential
Solid communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
Australian working rights (citizenship, PR, or full work visa)
