Religious Assistant – Full Time Korean/English MinistryHi Church – Sydney, NSW

Hi Church is seeking a passionate and committed Religious Assistant to support our Korean and English-speaking ministries and contribute to the spiritual growth of our multicultural church community.

We are looking for someone who is fluent in both Korean and English and has a genuine heart for Christian ministry, pastoral care, community service, and supporting church members of different ages and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist pastors and ministry leaders with worship services, ministry activities, and community outreachSupport weekly church services, Bible studies, prayer meetings, fellowship gatherings, and special church eventsProvide pastoral support and spiritual encouragement to Korean and English-speaking church membersAssist with communication and interpretation between Korean and English-speaking membersParticipate in outreach, evangelism, and community service programsWelcome newcomers and help them build meaningful connections within the church communityAssist with church administration, ministry coordination,



event preparation, and volunteer supportSupport children’s, youth, young adult, family, and senior ministries as requiredPerform other ministry-related duties as directed by the Senior Pastor/Pastors or church leadershipRequirements:

Fluent spoken and written Korean and EnglishGenuine Christian faith and commitment to the mission and values of Hi ChurchStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA caring and compassionate attitude towards church members and the wider communityAbility to work effectively with pastors, ministry leaders, volunteers, and members of different age groupsPrevious experience in church ministry, pastoral care, community service, or religious education is highly regardedAvailability to attend Sunday services and other church programs as requiredRelevant theological or ministry qualifications are desirable but not essential

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
