About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and driven Warehouse Supervisor to lead our rapid-paced and diverse, spare parts distribution centre. You will oversee daily inventory control, picking accuracy, and dispatch schedules while managing a dedicated team of storepersons. This role requires a hands-on leader who understands the urgency of parts distribution and thrives on leading a team by example.

Key responsibilities
Supervise, mentor, and coordinate daily tasks for the warehouse team
Oversee cyclic stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain high accuracy
Manage the safe receiving, binning, picking, and dispatching of all spare parts
Enforce WHS policies, ensure protected manual handling, and maintain housekeeping standards




Utilise our Warehouse Management System to track orders and generate performance reports

About you
Minimum 2–3 years in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role, ideally within spare parts, automotive, or industrial machinery
Valid Australian Forklift Licence (LF)
Valid manual WA's drivers licence
Valid Australian Highreach Licence (LO)
Solid proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems software and MS Excel
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise with courier networks, internal sales teams, and customers
Ability to handle the physical demands of a busy warehouse environment
Current police and drug clearance
