We are seeking a reliable and compassionate female NDIS Support Worker for a current ongoing support opportunity in Esperance, WA and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a support worker looking to establish a consistent and meaningful working relationship with an NDIS participant, with the potential for hours to increase significantly over time.

Shifts & Availability
Initial roster: 3 x 3-hour shifts per week
Future requirement: Expected to increase to 7 days per week
Ongoing opportunity with the potential for regular and consistent hours
Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends will be highly regarded

About You

We are looking for someone who is:
A female Support Worker based in Esperance or surrounding areas
Compassionate, patient and respectful
Reliable and committed to providing consistent support
Person-centred and focused on supporting participant choice and independence
Skilled with strong communication skills




Experienced in NDIS support or community care
Available for ongoing shifts and able to increase availability as the support requirements grow

Applicants should have, or be willing to obtain:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid and CPR
Working with Children Check, where applicable
Relevant qualifications and/or experience
Current driver's licence and reliable transport, where required
ABN
