JRL Plumbing & Drainage is a Melbourne-based plumbing company located in Keilor East.

We work across recent homes, medium-density townhouse developments, multi-unit projects and industrial warehouses throughout Melbourne, with a solid pipeline of ongoing work secured across 2026 and into 2027.

We’re an established and growing company, investing in our people, equipment and systems as we continue to take on larger projects and expand our operations.

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for experienced, reliable General Plumbers to join our team.

The Role

This is a hands-on role suited to a well-rounded plumber with a minimum of 3–4 years plumbing experience who is confident working independently and as part of a team.

What You'll Do
Above-ground rough-in and stackwork across homes, townhouses and warehouses
Install hot and cold water services
General sewer, stormwater and drainage works
Fit-off sanitary fixtures, tapware and appliances
Read and interpret plans and specifications
Work closely with supervisors, builders and other trades
Mentor apprentices where required
Deliver quality work and meet project timeframes

About You
Minimum 3–4 years plumbing experience
Strong general plumbing/construction experience
Victorian plumbing registration/licence relevant to the work performed




Current driver's licence and White Card
Confident reading and working from plans
Able to work independently
Reliable with strong workmanship and attention to detail

Experience across multi-residential, industrial and/or commercial projects will be highly regarded.
