Monday to Friday roster, 7am start

As a mechanic based at Coates Albert Park workshop, you'll play a key role in keeping our fleet of hire equipment safe, reliable, and ready for our customers.

We value transferable skills and welcome applications from qualified diesel fitters, mechanics, automotive technicians, agricultural mechanics and heavy vehicle technicians looking to apply their experience in a current industry.

Your typical day will focus on:
Performing preventative maintenance, servicing and overhauls on a range of plant and equipment
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults
Maintaining accurate service and repair records
Minimising equipment downtime through proactive maintenance and productive repairs

What you'll bring to the role:
Relevant mechanical trade qualification




Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Experience working with diesel and petrol engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic 12-volt electrical systems
Troubleshooting, diagnostic and preventative maintenance experience
Current driver's licence (HC or HR beneficial but not required)
Forklift and EWP tickets (beneficial but not required)
