We’re looking for a friendly, organised and confident Host to join our team at Studley Park Boathouse.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play an significant role in creating a welcoming experience. You’ll manage reservations, greet and seat guests, coordinate table allocations and communicate closely with the management and floor teams to ensure service runs smoothly.
About you:
Experience in a busy café or restaurant workplace
At least one year of relevant hospitality experience
Experience using SevenRooms or a similar reservation platform is essential
Solid organisation skills and attention to detail
Confidence managing reservations, table allocations and guest enquiries
Excellent customer service and communication skill
Weekend availability is essential
Pay: From $26.44 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 20.0 per week
