Major Manufacturer of Mining Equipment

Our company designs and manufactures bespoke engineered solutions primarily for crushing and grinding for the mining industry. We are a small but energetic company that is growing quick and requires motivated individuals to join our team.

· Mechanical Engineer

Based in Sydney you will be reporting directly to our Engineering Manager for all aspects of the mechanical design of our range of equipment.

What we are looking for

· A qualified Mechanical Engineer with practical experience in design

and design review.

· Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.

· Experience in working to Australian & International standards.

· Proficiency with AutoCAD, Inventor & competent with Microsoft

office products.

· Experience with drive train technology including Gearboxes, Motors

& Couplings.

· Experience with Hydraulics an advantage.





· Experience in the mining industry an advantage.

Responsibilities:

o Review of company mechanical and hydraulic equipment designs, co-ordinating with our local and overseas mechanical, process & hydraulic design teams for product development and project implementation.

o Interface with our clients and sub suppliers to modify equipment to meet project specifications and client requests.

o Preparation of documentation and AutoCAD drawings.

o After-sales Support – To provide technical assistance to our Field Services team and clients of the company after project completion.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
