Summary:

The Venue Manager will oversee the daily operations of our hospitality and catering venue in Bunbury, ensuring exceptional service delivery and a memorable experience for all guests. This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency, while also driving business growth and profitability. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team, manage events, and foster robust relationships with clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Oversee event planning and execution,



ensuring all client requirements are met.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the venue and increase bookings.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability.
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
Ensure the venue is well-maintained and presents a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:
