About the Role

As our Customer Care Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
Managing customer enquiries and shared inboxes
Scheduling appointments for Sales Consultants and Service Technicians
Processing orders and providing sales administration support
Maintaining accurate customer records within our CRM system




Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery

About You

You are organised, customer-focused and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales support, or a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Robust organisational and time management skills
Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
A positive, professional, and team-focused attitude
