Job Description
The Coolangatta Hotel, part of Waymark Hotels, is seeking a Cook or Chef to join our team on the Gold Coast. You will work across both venues, using fresh local produce to deliver diverse, contemporary cuisine.

Key duties include maintaining an productive kitchen operation, ensuring meals are high quality and prepared on time, and assisting with menu changes while minimising wastage. A full time salary of AUD 69,000–100,000 plus superannuation is offered, depending on experience.
