About the Role

Wing Shack is an American-style fast food restaurant specialising in wings, fried chicken and burgers, with a strong focus on food quality and customer service.

We're looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager to work alongside our Shop Manager and help oversee the day-to-day operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities

Work alongside the Shop Manager to:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the entire store
Lead the team to maintain high food quality, rapid service, cleanliness and food safety standards
Recruit, train, coach and manage staff
Manage stock levels, daily prep and ordering to ensure the store is ready for trade
Help manage staffing and labour costs




Ensure the store is appropriately staffed and operational across all trading hours
Handle day-to-day issues and report significant matters to the Shop Manager

What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar fast food/QSR management or supervisory role
Excellent, clear communication and strong attention to detail
Reliable, organised and confident leading a team
Ability to work well and remain calm under pressure
Broad availability, including nights and weekends
Looking for a long-term role with consistent full-time hours
