CMTL Group is seeking an experienced Loader Operator for an chance at a Queensland gold mine.

This position involves operating a loader to feed a crusher while maintaining safe and efficient production operations.

What’s on offer:
$60 per hour
8 days on, 6 days off roster
Rotating day and night shifts
12 to 12.5-hour shifts
BIBO from Townsville or DIDO from Mackay
Ongoing mining chance

Key responsibilities:
Operate loaders safely and efficiently
Feed material into the crusher
Complete equipment pre-start inspections
Identify and report equipment faults or hazards
Follow site procedures and production requirements
Maintain a robust focus on safety and teamwork

Requirements:
Minimum two years of relevant loader-operating experience
Previous experience operating a loader to feed a crusher
Relevant loader tickets, licences or evidence of competency




Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
Ability to BIBO from Townsville or DIDO from Mackay
Ability to complete site onboarding requirements, including a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
