Pedders Cannington is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join our busy automotive workshop team on a full time basis.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, combining warehouse operations, stock control, deliveries, customer service, and administrative responsibilities. You'll play a key role in ensuring parts and vehicles move efficiently between suppliers, customers, and our workshop.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving, unpacking, and checking incoming stock
Picking, packing, and dispatching parts and customer orders
Managing inventory and maintaining warehouse organisation
Conducting regular stocktakes and stock control activities
Processing warranty claims and returns
Delivering parts to customers and collecting stock from suppliers
Transporting customer and company vehicles to and from licensing centres, workshops, and key customers
Maintaining accurate records of stock movements and deliveries
Assisting workshop staff with parts supply and logistics requirements
Ensuring warehouse and storage areas are clean, safe, and organised
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous warehouse, logistics, automotive parts, or inventory experience
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
Good computer skills and the ability to learn inventory management systems
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Ability to perform manual handling and lifting duties
Robust communication and customer service skills
A current Australian Driver's Licence (Manual licence preferred)
Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential)
