The Role

Working alongside our Water Well/Bore Driller, you'll play a key role in supporting protected and effective drilling operations across WA sites. Your responsibilities will include:
Rod handling and general offsider support during bore drilling
Mixing drilling fluids and additives
Assisting with casing, screening and grouting of bores
Rig mobilisation and demobilisation between sites
Assisting with routine maintenance and basic repairs of drilling equipment
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe worksite at all times
Active participation in pre-starts, safety meetings, JHAs and Take 5's
Working long shifts in hot, physically demanding environments

This is a hands-on role requiring a strong work ethic, resilience and commitment to safety.

Essential Requirements
HR Driver's Licence (highly desirable)
Previous experience as a Driller's Offsider or in a highly physical role (drilling, mining,



civil or construction)
Strong understanding of safety procedures and site protocols
Current National Police Clearance
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Australian working rights
Available for immediate start
Perth-based
