About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Factory Hand-Forklift Operator to join the team in Coburg North on a casual ongoing basis, with the opportunity to transition to permanent employment.

This is a varied, hands-on position involving forklift operation, picking and packing, assembly, labouring and general manufacturing duties.

Key Responsibilities
Operating counterbalance and high-reach forklifts
Picking and packing orders
Loading and unloading materials
Moving steel products and materials around the factory
General factory and labouring duties
Assembly work
Batch testing
Operating a walkie stacker




Maintaining a clean and secure work environment

About You
Current Forklift Licence (essential - must have)
Counterbalance forklift experience (essential - must have)
High-reach forklift experience (essential - must have)
Previous factory, warehouse or manufacturing experience
Trade background or mechanical aptitude highly regarded
Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Strong safety focus
